Vodacom assess M-Pesa’s efficiency to customers

The cellular network company in the country Vodacom has conducted a rally naming it as ‘a customer day event’ right from its head office centre at Mlimani City grounds today, aiming at collecting information from customers on how they react with the money transaction services operated through M-Pesa.
According to the company’s Managing Director Renee Meza who opened the event, apart from assessing the work done by M-Pesa, they also wanted to communicate with their customers directly to find out challenges and problems that face them during getting the service.
He added that the agencies of the M-Pesa service and the customers in general can give Vodacom feedback about the service sent too them through M-Pesa, and the assessment is conducted through such a special day identified as Customer-Day event.
